You are walking down a road and find yourself in front of a ladder. What do you do?

• I stay out of its reach. I would never dare to walk under a ladder.
• I see if someone is standing on the ladder and either walk under the ladder or pass it.
• I quickly pass it! A ladder usually means that there is a construction nearby and I have no time for delays.
