Wild Deer Approaches A Woman And Then Surprises Her By Cuddling Her

Life can become chaotic and stressful. When these moments arise, being able to take a break comes with much appreciation. When work starts to get overwhelming, what better way is there to cool down than to take an escape.

Simply envisioning going to a private place full of warmth to relax and sleep away the stress is more than appealing. The doe in this story did just that as she napped in the lap of a kind women sitting outside her home in Alabaster, Alabama.

The doe found peace with the woman and continued to get closer to her. Most deer would run away, but not this one. As the doe got closer to the woman, she began to lower her head until it was resting on the lap of the woman. This particular deer appears to be one that is friendly.

According to the Wildlife Animal Control, individuals should always use caution when getting close to a deer. Their heavy weight can be very dangerous to humans. If they are startled, humans can be in danger of being seriously injured. Along with their size being a concern, when deer are travelling with a group, a stampede could be caused, as a result of being startled.

You should always be very cautious and aware of your surroundings when trekking through dense wooded areas. If you see a deer in the wild, be sure to keep a safe distance in case the deer is frightened and wants to run away. Being out of its exit pathway is highly important.

The woman knew exactly what to do as the doe inched closer and closer to her. The key was to remain calm, and she did just that. Slowly she pulled out her camera and began to record the entire encounter with the friendly doe. Things were already pretty spectacular as the doe showed her trust for the woman. To make it even better, upon reaching the woman the doe eased her head into the woman’s lap and rested there taking a nap.
