Watch An Octopus Walk On Land

It was just a normal day at Fitzgerald Marine Reserve when visitors were treated to a special sighting! While walking along the coast they spotted an octopus climbing out of the water. The octopus scooted along the seaweed carrying a crab in its beak before dropping at the human's feet and continuing on its way.

According to marine biologists, octopuses can spend a surprising amount of time above water and captive ones escape surprisingly often! 

Nobody could believe this amazing occurrence and followed their incredible friend along until he returned to the water.
