That’s right, no fancy equipment or gym membership needed. All you need to get started is your body, some open space and 15 minutes.
5 Minute Warm-up

Jumping Jacks (2 minutes)
In & Out Jacks (2 minutes)
Jump Rope (1 minute)
Don’t worry, if you do not own a jump rope, just jump in place and imitate jumping rope.
4 Minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training
Lunges (2 minutes)
Mountain Climbers (2 minutes)
3 Minutes to blast your arms
Pushups (10 reps)
Tricep dips (15 reps)
2 Minutes for squats
Air Squats (1 minute)
Plie (1 minute)
1 Minute Plank
Hold in plank position for 60 seconds
