Optical illusions are always a great source for debates and skepticism. Many of them have gone viral over the years and have led to heated discussions. While usually, it is clear that people have different opinions, arguments over visual illusions often get very emotional because everyone is sure to know the right answer.

The answers vary so immensely to a point where nobody seems to be able to actually say for absolutely sure how many legs there are. 10, 11 and 21 get seen a lot - but most people claim to count 22.

It also depends on whether you only consider complete legs, or if it is enough to see just a part of it to count it.
