Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of “Mission Imposssible – Dead Reckoning Part 1”, Cruise had nothing but good things to say when he was asked about his concert experience.
Initially, the reporter asked him about what he does on his vacation days off, and off the record, Cruise told her that he just makes more movies in his downtime, but the reporter debunked that when she asked about the Jackson concert Cruise had attended.
The evidence speaks for itself as Jackson joyously posted a photo of her and Cruise on Instagram.
“T, it was so good seeing you and nice spending some time together 😊 #TogetherAgainTour 🫶🏽” she said in the caption.
In response to the question, Cruise clarified something in his response.
"That was a moment, yeah, that was my night off. That was my last break," he said laughing. "I just want to tell you to go see Janet."
Asked what type of a concertgoer he is, Cruise affirmed that he is like everybody else who goes “right in.”
"I'm right in there, yeah, come on! It's Janet, she's a legend,” he continued to say. Additionally, Cruise praised Jackson even more when he talked about the nickname that the singer affectionately calls him.
"Yeah she calls me T. Look, she can call me whatever she wants. She's Janet Jackson! She's a goddess. She is a goddess,” he added.
In the comment section of the photo, people seemed to be surprised that Cruise was very young looking at 60.
“Man hard to believe this man is 70 (sic) years old, he still looks like a teenager,” someone said.
“You guys both looking like it’s 1992,” another commented.
“Legends! 💕 Tom looks so different in that hairstyle. I didn’t even know it was him at first. 😩😂,” a user wrote.
