The partnership of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill and their rampant success has made them almost synonymous with country music. McGraw and Hill share dozens of awards between the two of them, and both of them have forged a powerful path in country music separately. When they toured together, they created one of the top-grossing musical tours in country music. Both of them have also recorded duets that have consistently performed well in the charts.
The dynamic duo has found a significant following for their incredible music in the last decade and for good reason— their musical talents perfectly complement one another. Moreover, their long marriage and love for each other have cemented their reputation as a powerhouse in the music industry. It isn't often that a marriage lasts for over two decades when the spotlight of fame is so strong, but McGraw and Hill have made it look easy.
The couple shares three daughters: Grace, Maggie and Audrey. In past interviews both McGraw and Hill have spoken about their love for their family and children, and have always set an example for how to be supportive parents. Among all of their children, Gracie McGraw has shown herself to be a great example of the apple not falling far from the tree. The 23-year-old has shown that she has clearly inherited the musical talents of both of her parents thanks to a video that was uploaded on Instagram back in 2019. With legendary parents like Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, we can safely say that Gracie is following strongly in their footsteps.

However, Grace's sister Maggie has also shown that she has inherited her parents' talent. Both girls had started their own alternative bands; Grace fronted an all-female band called "Tingo" while in high school while Maggie was part of a band called "Sister Supply" when she was attending Stanford University. Wide Open Country reports that Gracie attended and graduated from New York University, after which she decided to go to LA to pursue acting.
About this decision, Tim said, "She's 22, and on one hand, it's sad, but on the other hand to have the gumption to go out and chase your dreams ... it feels like we did a pretty good job." Her mom, Faith Hill, also chimed in about this in another interview with New Beauty, "Tim and I know what it takes to really do this for a living, but, as a parent, you don't want to stand in the way of their dreams. It's been one of the most difficult things for me as a mom — especially as a mom of all girls. You want to protect them; you want to make sure they aren't disappointed. I'm certain all parents would say that about their kids, but there is a point you have to remember, 'I was 19 once, and I remember the passion and the drive I had, and I just have to let them go and do it.'"
Grace and her dad were embarking on a cross-country road trip when they took a video of them singing the song “What Kind of Fool.” The famous song was originally performed as a duet by Barbra Streisand and Barry Gibb.

Tim took to Instagram to post the video, obviously proud of his daughter's singing ability. He captioned the video,
"PIPES!!!!!!......Dang, this girl can sing! Gracie and I having fun with Babs and Barry on our trip
#chaseyourdreamsgirl"
It did not take long for Hill to comment on the video showcasing two of her favorite loves as she commented on the video, "My loves 💖💖💖 @barbrastreisand would be proud." Fans of the family also loved the new road trip sing-a-long video because it showcases the sweet relationship that Tim shares with his daughter. This isn't the first time that Gracie has shared a platform with her father.
In the past, she joined him on stage as he performed at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennesse, and sang a duet "Here Tonight." Gracie also uses her Instagram account to share other performances with her 34.9k followers as well. One of her celebrated performances was a delightful rendition of "The Wizard and I" from the Broadway musical "Wicked." She garnered a lot of praise for her strong and powerful voice in this video.
Apart from her singing, Gracie has also shown that she has a strong aptitude for music in other ways. In her interview with New Beauty, Hill shared that Gracie taught herself to play the guitar! This is really quite amazing. Moreover, Gracie's high school band "Tingo" also booked some paid gigs, which is impressive for a high-school band. Gracie reportedly did all of this under her parents' noses. "They surprise us so much already. I can’t even guess who is going to do what," Hill said about her daughters.
Both Tim and Hill know how important it is to support their children in what they pursue. All three daughters have a talent for singing as per Hill in her interview. In fact, Maggie shared a duet with her mom, much like Gracie and her dad, while road-tripping together and showed the world that she too has inherited her parents' beautiful singing skills.
While Maggie and Gracie are out in California currently, Audrey was the only one living at home in 2020, and Tim opened up about becoming an empty-nester soon in August 2020 with TODAY. “It’s tough,” McGraw explained. “There’s a part of you that is excited for them. You want them to go out and conquer the world and have fun and do all the things that kids do. But you don’t want them to leave your protection.” Most parents can certainly relate to this sentiment.
However, Tim has made it clear that no matter what his daughters decide to pursue in their life, they always have their parents to support them. "We're so proud of our daughters because the world that they grew up in, it can easily make the kids turn out differently," Tim told TODAY in 2019. "Our girls are so grounded, they're so humble," he continued. "They have such big hearts, and they work hard at the things that they want to accomplish — and we’re really proud of them. We couldn’t ask for better kids. They’re smarter than us in so many ways."
With such loving and supportive parents, we are sure that the three talented girls will get far ahead in life!
