If you don't already know the name Irena Sendler, you will be remembering it by the end of this video. Irena was a nurse in Poland during World War II who was permitted to treat the sick in the Jewish ghettos in Warsaw. She used her unique position to save the lives of hundreds of children who would otherwise have been sent to camps to die. Listen to the video to find out why her story is so incredible.
