This Genius Dog Figured Out How To Get A Tennis Ball Out Of The Pool Without Getting Wet

Abby is no normal dog. This black Labrador, who lives with her family in Bergen County, New Jersey, is a genius and her family managed to catch her intelligence on film after her owner throws her tennis ball in the pool and Abby figures out a way to retrieve it without even getting wet. 

The tennis ball floated to the center of the pool, out of her reach from the safety of land. Abby cleverly decides to jump on a pool bodyboard instead of jumping directly in the water.

She keeps an eye on on her beloved tennis ball and starts using momentum to push herself towards it.

Abby's stunned family watched from the side of the pool and filmed her amazing act. In the end, she managed to get the tennis ball from the pool bodyboard without even getting wet. She drifted back to edge of the pool and jumped off the board, happy to have retrieved her favorite toy without having to jump in the water.
