In the ’90s, this Hollywood heartthrob captivated fans with his charming looks and boyish smile. His chiseled jawline, sparkling eyes, and signature dimples made him an instant star, earning him roles in popular television shows like “Baywatch Nights” (1995), “Third Watch” (1999) and “Sunset Beach” (1997).

As the years passed, he evolved from a youthful star into a mature, confident man, sporting gray hair and a beard.

However, the 2000s brought new challenges. In March 2009, rumors surfaced about an alleged affair with country singer LeAnn Rimes, his co-star at the time. At that point, he was married to model Brandi Glanville. 

In response to the affair allegations, he denied the accusations, stating: “It is a fabricated story that is using random snapshots as connective tissue to create a scandalous relationship.”

However, a friend of Rimes commented: “There are some feelings there, but it’s too early to tell if it’s going to develop and if she’s done with her marriage.” Reports later revealed that Rimes was no longer living with her husband. By August 2009, news of her separation broke, just days after Glanville confirmed her split from the heartthrob actor. 

This stage marked a significant turning point in the actor’s life, leading him to move forward with Rimes and redefine his path in love and life. In 2010, the Hollywood star and Rimes took their relationship to the next level. Rimes’ representative confirmed: “Yes, they were engaged over the holidays and are very happy.” 

In April 2011, the ’90s heartthrob and Rimes surprised everyone by transforming an engagement party into their wedding. They exchanged heartfelt vows in a private ceremony held at a California home with around 40 guests.

This heartthrob is none other than Eddie Cibrian! A representative for the couple later confirmed the matrimony:

“LeAnn and Eddie were happily married today, surrounded by their closest family and friends.” 

Rimes also shared her joy over the news:

“I’m looking forward to settling down, settling into our life.”

The couple faced a new challenge in 2012 when Rimes’ representative revealed that the singer had voluntarily checked into an in-patient treatment facility to address anxiety and depression. The representative’s statement read:

“While privacy isn’t expected, it’s certainly appreciated.” 

Rimes later opened up about the challenges this has caused in her marriage, admitting:

“At one point, there was such a weight on my marriage.”

She acknowledged that she relied too heavily on her husband and family to make her feel better.

By 2019, the Hollywood star had found a way to balance his new life with Rimes while maintaining a relationship with his ex-wife. That year, his ex-wife, Glanville, shared a heartwarming Instagram post featuring her ex-husband, his wife and their sons.

In a 2020 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Rimes discussed the unique dynamic of their blended family and shared the behind-the-scenes of why it works. She said:

“Nobody’s fighting, nobody’s doing anything weird… it’s interesting, the kids are older now, it’s fun. The kids are happy and that’s all that matters.”

For Thanksgiving 2022, Cibrian posted a photo on Instagram featuring himself, his sons, and Rimes, tagging his ex-wife to express that they missed her during the holiday. This photo portrayed how well their blended family thrived.

In June 2023, the actor celebrated his son’s birthday with an Instagram post, leaving social media users stunned. One user commented:

“Gorgeous son and dad.” Another netizen exclaimed: “WOW. Just WOW,” with a third user sharing the same views, “Look at those genes. Love it.” 

One person complimented the father-son duo, writing:

“That’s two handsome guys right there.” Another social media user complimented Cibrian’s looks: “You still look (amazing) and young.”
