Who says dogs can't be heroes? An owner was walking his dog around the block when they came across a group of firefighters who were struggling to bring down a dying tree that had become a burden.

They watched as the firemen worked to bring down the tree by pulling on a rope tied to the tree's trunk. They tried and tried to no avail. The smart dog saw the slack at the end of the rope and decided to try to help these firefighters. He bit down on the rope and used every bit of his strength to pull with them.

The dog's owner tried to pull the dog away so they could continue their walk and not get in the firefighters' way but the dog wasn't budging until the work was done. The firefighters quickly noticed the hardworking dog and had to fight to stop from laughing out loud.
