Directions
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
- Chop up your sunflower seeds into a fine texture. Use a blender or coffee grinder if you are inclined to make it perfect.
- Beginning with the dry ingredients, combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. If mixture remains too dry and crumbling, add a bit more water or oil. Don't overdo it or else you will ruin the texture of the cookies.
- Scoop cookies on an ungreased baking tray. They should be about 1 inch in diameter.
- Using your palm, gently press them into flat discs. About a half inch thick.
- You should have about 16 cookies to make.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cookies develop a nice golden brown color.
- Enjoy!

Health Benefits of These Cookies
Yes, these cookies are good for you, but why?
The coconut and seeds make it a fiber-packed delight. Unlike most cookies which use butter and vegetable oil, coconut oil is a healthy fat that helps our bodies function better. Without refined sugar or corn syrup, honey and sweetened coconut flakes are a great sugar alternative that won't spike your blood sugar. Coconut flakes are the real winner in this recipe. They are the ingredient that most helps us burn fat and gives our bodies and brains an immediate energy boost.
