Owen, who was also one of the original Take That members, has garnered fame as a solo singer. After the band's split, Owen became the first of his former band members to release a solo record. The singer reached number three on the UK Singles Chart with his debut single, "Child." He has released five studio albums such as, "Green Man" (1996), "In Your Own Time" (2003), "How the Mighty Fall" (2005), and "Land of Dreams" which was released in September 2022.

The group was active from 1990 until their split in 1996. However, it was revived in 2005 and is still active.
The group is known for their popular albums, such as "Nobody Else" and "Beautiful World." Take That has also had 28 top-40 singles and 17 top-5 singles on the UK Singles Chart. The group performed at the London 2012 Olympic Games closing ceremony, where they played "Rule the World" while the Olympic Flame was extinguished.
When Williams left Take That in 1995, the others held it together and completed their “Nobody Else” tour. This was followed by a disbandment the following year. The pop group achieved so much despite the challenges in the early stages of making music and garnering fame.
