Linda Andrade, a 24-year-old woman who once aspired to a medical profession, has ignited a debate with her unconventional views on marriage. Despite her early ambitions of becoming a doctor, she chose a different path after meeting her husband, Ricky Andrade. 

Linda was able to forgo her career aspirations due to Ricky's substantial monthly income of $150,000 from real estate, stocks, and cryptocurrency investments. Instead, she embraced the role of a stay-at-home wife and dedicated herself to taking care of Ricky and their household.

Born and raised in California, Linda's journey from aspiring businesswoman to the wife of a millionaire is a tale of ambition, controversy, and the power of social media. Linda demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit in her early years by launching her business at just 16 years old. Her brand, Luxe by Linda, focused on makeup and fashion accessories, gaining traction among her peers. 

However, her life took a dramatic turn when she met Ricky at a gym where he worked as a health coach. Fast forward a few years, and Ricky's success as a real estate investor in Dubai, where they have been mainly based since their marriage in 2018, has catapulted the Andrades into a life of affluence. 

Linda, who describes her marriage as traditional, primarily loves taking care of her husband. The woman documents her life on social media, where she flaunts her life of luxury.

Her videos have drawn both admiration and criticism. While some viewers are captivated by the glitz and glamor, others find her content needs to be more in touch, especially in today's economic climate. Linda has also attracted controversy for her posts online. 

In the YouTube program "Love Don't Judge," Linda admitted to hiring a maid for most household chores, even though she claims to enjoy housework.

"I have never paid a bill in my life. I don't even know how to pay the mortgage," Linda explained. "I personally love doing household chores because I love taking care of my husband."

"I spoil him, I cook him his favorite meals and I make sure the house is clean. I hire a maid for the cleaning for the most part."

Linda also explained that she has a long and enduring relationship with Ricky. She met him before he became financially successful. 

"So I'm not trying to just take him for all he's worth," she emphasized.

Linda added, "I believe that modern relationships that do 50-50 are unhappy. It's not natural."

However, Linda's father expressed reservations about her choices. He hoped she would be more self-sufficient and encouraged her to return to school. But education wasn't Linda's priority. She remains firm in her beliefs, even suggesting she'd want her potential future daughter to find a partner who can provide for her.

In another candid revelation, Linda, who dubbed herself the "Original Housewife of Dubai" per Insider, admitted to exaggerating many aspects of her life for the camera. Linda confessed she’s harnessing controversy as a tool to boost her online presence, especially on TikTok, where she has over 700,000 followers.

However, the stay-at-home-wife has plans for the future direction of her social media persona. She mentioned to Insider that she intends to shift away from controversial content. Instead, she plans to post more openly about her life, providing a more genuine insight into her daily experiences. 

"I do want to change it eventually and create an actual, reputable brand of myself,” Linda said.
