We love our grandmothers. They are there always there for us and are known to make the best food every visit. With the popularity of social media growing and everyone wanting to become famous, many of us find ourselves looking for the next big hit. Grandparent videos are extremely popular. This particular grandmother, while waiting in line, complimented a young man's dance moves, only to have him teach her and the video of her expert rendition get many views itself.

This particular grandmother was a bit different. Rather than setting up a camera with the intention to gain views, a 70-year old Myra Martino was waiting in line at an Indiana IHOP and saw a young man dancing, the told WHAS11 in an interview.

Remember the hit dance that went viral online called “The Floss?" This dance was created by a young boy named Russell, who was also known as “Backpack Kid." His dance swept the world, allowing him to make cameos and even dance alongside the famous pop singer Katy Perry.

As Martino was waiting in line, she spotted the young boy busting a move and was so intrigued, she gave him a dollar. To show his gratitude to this sweet older woman, he decided to teach her how to floss.

Most would expect the older lady to kindly decline, but surprisingly, she was up for the challenge. According to her daughter, baker Adrienne Holland, she’s a retired church pastor that loves to dance.

“She grew up in the 50s and 60s and lived for social dances," Holland told WHAS11.

When Holland decided to take out her camera and begin filming, her mother surely did not disappoint. The video shows her mother starting off slow and when challenged to speed things up a bit, she got on the good foot and did her thing. Getting the floss dance down pat is difficult, especially for a senior citizen, but she held her own on her first try.

This video has around 250,000 views and is continuing to grow. In addition to mastering the floss dance, she ended with a move praising the Lord, showing her pastoral roots, according to the original video description.
