A mangy dog wandering the streets of East Cleveland, Ohio got some much-needed love after some fire personnel made sure it received proper veterinary care.
What step would you take if you come across a stray that is badly injured and in dire need of your help? A group of firefighters from East Cleveland Ohio was in a similar situation and they choose to show some kindness to a dog. The dog that strayed into their station had severe mange and was badly wounded. Upon seeing the dog, the firefighters moved with speed to help it. They took the dog to a vet where it received the medical attention it seriously needed.

The firefighters, who are from Cleveland, Ohio, later received immense appreciation from online communities for being kind to the stray, reported USA Today. The stray dog seemed to have a severe case of mange and was seriously wounded. It also had a nasty infection on its skin, which means it was lucky to have wandered into the fire station. Once in the fire station, she followed one of the firefighters around as if saying that she was in dire need of help.
