In 1999 Toni McNair was heading out for work when she spotted a bundle on her doorstep. Initially, she thought it was a kitten but soon realized it was in a fact a baby. Since that day, Toni has always wondered what became of the little, abandoned baby. Luckily Fox8 stepped in and made sure they met after 17 years!
