Runaway Black Lab Returns Home With Two New Best Friends: A Dog And A Goat
Jan 29, 2019 by apost team
Kyle Krier's dog Bo ran away last week and never came back. You won't believe what kind of animals that Bo was caught playing with the next day over five miles away from his home.
Bo, a purebred black Labrador who calls the rolling cornfields of Kansas home, is a playful young adult of a dog who doesn't listen to instructions as well as he should. Bo is also notorious for leaving his family's property for hours on end, returning as late as a 12 hours later.
One night last week, the adventurous male black Lab ran away from home - like usual - though he never returned.
Usually, Bo ran away during the cover of nightfall and returned home a few hours following sunrise. On this occasion, Bo took roughly 12 hours to return home, his owners had given up on seeing Bo again. Surely enough, the adventure-friendly dog returned home shortly after noon following his nighttime departure.

Kyle and Laura Krier, Bo's owners, became worried after Bo still wasn't to be found by noon. They split up, switching between driving vehicles through every road within a few miles radius of their home and walking on foot through wooded, unpaved areas of the low-key, laid-back Kansas community they live in.
Unfortunately, they still couldn't locate Bo after looking until nightfall effectively ended their efforts for the day.
Both Laura and Kyle had posted on their own, separate Facebook pages with open-armed, broken-hearted requests of any information that could lead to Bo's return home.
Believe it or not, someone the Kriers weren't familiar with replied to one of their Facebook posts and shared that he had seen a playful black Labrador approximately six miles from the family's home in a wide-open cornfield.
After the couple received the address of the field, Kyle went by himself to investigate. Fortunately for Kyle and company, Bo Krier was spotted playing gleefully with another similarly-playful dog and another animal. Can you guess what it was?
No, seriously - take a guess first!
You won't believe what kind of animal rounded out the trio.
Kyle Krier whipped out his phone once he saw Bo running towards him. He captured another dog running directly alongside the black Lab on video via his mobile phone. A few seconds after the two dogs showed their faces, a goat greeted Kyle!
It's safe to say that Bo had tons of fun with his newfound pals. Just look at the video - doesn't he look overjoyed? Have your pets ever had unconventional choices of animals as friends?
