You may not want to admit it, but there’s a chance you act like your parents! Whether it be the way you speak, laugh, or do things, our parents’ habits can rub off on us whether we like it or not.
This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, especially for 14-year-old Robert Irwin who looks and acts just like his famous dad Steve Irwin!

Robert was only two-years-old when his dad, television personality and conservationist Steve Irwin, passed away after being stung in the heart by a stingray while filming a documentary on the Great Barrier Reef in Queensland. Steve was known for his daring stunts with dangerous animals, and was well-known across the world for his bright personality and love for nature.
His passing was a devastating loss, not only for his fans but for his growing family as well. His wife, Terri Irwin, has been working to continue her late husband’s legacy.
Now that Steve’s kids are older, people are noticing just how much they are like their dad! It’s a shame they never got to properly know each other, because it’s amazing to see how animal-obsessed his children are as well.
Robert not only looks like his dad, but he acts just like him too. The 14-year-old has a passion for exotic animals, and has hosted his own shows on Australia Zoo TV and the Discovery Kids Channel.
Following in his father’s footsteps, Robert has started bringing wild animals to late night talk shows. He recently stopped by “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” and brought a few guests along.
Robert and his family were in town to accept their father’s star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, a first for a conservationist. He explained that his dad’s star is right next to Johnny Cash’s, who was Steve’s favorite singer.
The Irwin family was also spreading the news about the Steve Irwin Gala Dinner they were hosting in Los Angeles in their father’s honor.
“What did you bring for us today? Is anything going to scare me?”
Jimmy was visibly nervous about the exotic creatures that had accompanied Robert to the show, but Robert assured Jimmy that everything would be alright. When a pack of African pygmy goats came trotting onto the stage, Jimmy realized he had no reason to be scared.
Baby bottles in hand, Robert and Jimmy fed the adorable goats, which are actually named after the characters on the popular TV show “Friends.”
But the next few animals became a little more threatening as the presentation went on, which you can watch below!
Were you a fan of Steve Irwin? It’s precious to see his son carrying on the legacy of being a positive and animated lover of animals. He is just as fun to watch as his dad!
