Rita Wilson Panics When Her Stylist Is Late To Do Her Hair And Makeup For Golden Globes

Country music star Rita Wilson ranted on social media about how her makeup and hairstyling person for the Golden Globe Awards was late. Wife to Tom Hanks, Wilson was attending the awards show as Hanks was being honored with the Cecil B Demille award. Other celebrities like Chrissy Teigen sympathized with the singer. 

On Instagram, Wilson posted a selfie of her looking a little disheveled with her hair crowding her face. The 63-year-old said, "What you look like when your hair and makeup person for the @goldenglobes is one and a half hours late even though you booked him in September. Will leave one hour to do hair and makeup."

Wilson also fired off three sets of tweets about how she was trying to be "zen" about her makeup person being late. "Hair and makeup still not here. Trying to be zen," she said. Although she did not name the artist other celebrities were eager to know who it was.

Model Chrissy Teigen tweeted at Wilson, "I cannot go on until I know who, I have no life." However, Wilson refused to name the makeup artist. 

It seems Wilsons' artist did eventually show up because by red-carpet time Wilson looked as good as ever. She glowed in a black scaley sequined dress, as Hanks stood by her side for photographs.

As Hanks was being awarded he made a sly comment about punctuality. “Showing up on time is one of the greatest and most liberating acts you can give yourself in a movie,” he said.
