By now we've seen a fair amount of the Duchess' photography and the photos of her children are always so beautiful, showing intimate moments among their family, often in nature. Fans were quick to comment on the post, discussing George's resemblance to the rest of the royal family, especially his father Prince William.

One commenter said, "he looks likes [sic] William!!" Another wrote: "He looks like his father for sure. Happy birthday Prince George," while another also added: "He's looking more and more like Prince William 😍❤️"

It's undeniable that as George is growing up, the family resemblance to his father is becoming clearer — he even has his sandy blonde hair!

Although young at only seven-years-old, Prince George is well-traveled, having accompanied his parents on three royal visits outside the UK already. As an infant, he went on the Duke and Duchess' royal tour of New Zealand and Australia in 2014, as well as visits to Germany and Canada in 2016.

Prince George hasn't been seen in public since the Christmas Day church service he attended with the royal family in Sandringham, however thanks to the many personal family photos taken by Kate Middleton and posted to the Cambridge's official Instagram page, we've had a close look at what Prince George and his siblings have been up to.

Many of the photos have taken place outside in nature, which fits the Cambridge children's love of being outside with their mother in the garden. Kate, who is an avid gardener, has spoken before of the benefits that the outdoors has on both physical and mental health.

We wish Prince George a happy birthday once again and hope that he's enjoying the summer weather with his family in the outdoors.
