Meghan Markle’s Natural Beauty Shines In Diamonds & Low-Cut White Dress For Social Media Comeback

Days after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle unveiled their 2024 Christmas card featuring a heartfelt family portrait with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, the Duchess of Sussex gave us a brand new surprise! 

On Jan. 1, 2025, Meghan returned to social media with a brand-new Instagram account. She debuted her profile under the handle @meghan, marking a highly anticipated reappearance. And, let’s say that her display photo perfectly embodies her timeless and effortless elegance.

For her first post, Meghan shared a peaceful video of herself on the beach, dressed in white and writing “2025” in the sand. She wore a beautiful cream-colored Khaite’ Francine’ jersey maxi dress, priced at $980. 

The sleeveless dress features a plunging V-neck and a delicate, low-cut back, showcasing Meghan’s refined style. 

And to those wondering, this particular dress is no longer available! However, Khaite has launched a similar version — the ‘Nonya’ crepe satin slip dress, which retails for $2,200 and comes in all sizes.

Known for her love of neutral tones, Meghan often embraces bridal-inspired looks, making her choice of white no surprise. Her minimalistic fashion was also seen in 2022 when she attended the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Ripple of Hope Gala in New York. 

On that occasion, she wore a custom Louis Vuitton midi dress with an off-the-shoulder design and a draped skirt, further highlighting her understated yet sophisticated taste.

In July 2024, Meghan turned heads in a stunning custom white halterneck gown by Oscar de la Renta at the ESPY Awards. 

The elegant silk design was adorned with intricate embroidery and paired with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and sleek black Celine heels.

The year 2025 kicked off with Meghan’s return to Instagram, where she will undoubtedly continue to offer more glimpses into her life with Prince Harry and their children.

It’s worth noting that this comeback marks her first time back on social media since 2020. In her account's profile photo, the Duchess sparkled in a chic Logan Hollowell diamond “Fortuna” tennis necklace. 

The $30,000 piece made of 18k gold is also adorned with frosted diamonds, adding an extra touch of glamour. The Duchess chose not to wear earrings and styled her dark hair in soft waves, exuding effortless elegance. 

She smiled warmly in a black-and-white display photo, her minimal makeup enhancing her natural beauty. The portrait was taken by her friend, photographer Jake Rosenberg.

As for the clip, Meghan is filmed running along a beach in white jeans and a flowing top before writing “2025” in the sand. And heartwarmingly, the reel was reportedly captured by Prince Harry himself.

The video takes place near the family’s home in Montecito, where she lives with Prince Harry and their children, Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3. 

The last time we caught a glimpse of the adorable children was on Prince Harry and Meghan’s 2024 card. The greeting card featured six photos, and one of them captured the children, Archie and Lilibet, from behind as they excitedly ran toward their parents.

Another photo in the montage, set on a dark green background with little white stars, showed Meghan smiling at Archie while Prince Harry greeted Lilibet, who has long red hair like her brother. 

The card read:
