Man With Bleached Hair Who Refuses To Wear Long Pants Gets Incredible Makeover

Extreme makeovers always make the recipient feel better, as the updated look gives them a sense of newfound confidence. This time around, Racheal Ray was able to give a man named John a much-needed makeover.

Wearing the same hairstyle and outfit since 1987, John was long overdue for a complete transformation.

On this Rachel Ray episode, Clinton Kelly and his team of expert stylists work to remake John, the man who hasn't worn pants for over 30 years. What's more, John has worn the same bleached blonde hairstyle for years, despite his wide's begging for him to get a new look.

John's wife shared with the world that though John had tuxedo pants on his wedding day, he insisted that they are cut into shorts. That trend continued throughout the years as John obsessively wore short pants to whatever event he was going to. Work, parties or weddings--none of it mattered, John was determined to wear shorts!

His wife continued to share that while shorts are okay to wear indoors, John would even wear them on the job, where he has to shovel snow for their snow plowing business. His wife begged him for a change for years, but John was set in his ways, always wearing his shorts.

Despite ignoring his wife's advice, suggestions, and pleas, John was surprisingly open to receiving his makeover on the show. Instead of being a difficult participant, John was quite excited to see the new look. His wife believes that John was secretly waiting for this change for a while. While most people on extreme makeover shows are afraid to change their ways, John was thrilled with the entire thing.

As Clinton began to work his magic on John, he was excited to see what he could do with the construction worker. While everyone in the audience all expected a big change, no one was ready for the transformation.

The crowd held their breaths as the big reveal was happening. Walking out from behind the partition, John was welcomed with gasps and cheers. His makeover, while drastic, was nothing short of amazing.

Where it was hard for everyone to look past the bleached hair, the short, and the overall disheveled look, John's transition was completely astounding. Thankfully, everyone loved the look--including John and his wife.

Completely floored by what her husband looked like, John's wife jumped to her feet and ran to greet her hubby with a hug. Finally! Her husband looked as amazing as she knew he could.
