Kellie Pickler Breaks Down In Tears While Singing To Her Cancer-Stricken Best Friend

Even though she didn't win, Kellie Pickler is one of the biggest stars to come out of American Idol. She won over America with her southern charm and great sense of humor, but fans got to see a new side of her when she shaved her head in 2012 to support her best friend who was diagnosed with breast cancer and would start treatment soon. 

Kellie returned to the stage for a moving performance of "Someone Somewhere Tonight," a touching slow song about life changes. The song was dedicated to her best friend, and Kellie could hardly keep herself together.
