Dame Julie Walters has revealed that following rounds of chemotherapy and surgery, the legendary star has now been given the all-clear from Stage III bowel cancer.
The 69-year-old kept her diagnosis under wraps for 18 months as she underwent rigorous treatment, before finally coming clean to fans to BBC's Victoria Derbyshire.
Speaking to Derbyshire, Walters admitted she was in disbelief when the doctors broke the news of her diagnosis to her.
"I was still thinking, 'That's ridiculous, he must have made a mistake'. I couldn't believe it," Walters said.
