Julia Roberts' Twins Look All Grown Up In Rare Photo

Julia Roberts has been one of the top leading ladies in Hollywood since she starred in the 1990 film "Pretty Woman," which is still one of the roles she is most remembered for. The star has received numerous accolades for her acting, including an Academy Award and three Golden Globes. 

Born on Oct. 28, 1967, in Georgia, Roberts grew up wanting to become a veterinarian. However, her plans changed as she grew a bit older, and she decided to take the jump and move to New York City to pursue a career in acting. There, she signed with a modeling agency and began taking acting classes. 

It's clear that Roberts' leap of faith worked out, as she has since become one of the most recognized and established actresses of all time. Roberts is also known for being extremely beautiful and kind-hearted, helping her earn even more adoration from fans and critics alike.

However, despite being one of the most famous people in the world, the actress does her best to keep herself and her family away from the public eye. In keeping with her private nature, Roberts didn't marry another celebrity; instead, she married cinematographer Daniel Moder in 2002.

The couple met on the set of the movie "The Mexican," where Moder had been a cameraman and Roberts the leading lady. Together they have three children — twins Phinnaeus and Hazel, 18, and a son named Henry, 16.

For the most part, the couple's children have stayed out of the spotlight, but from time to time, Roberts post their photos on social media to celebrate their important milestones in life. Being a real-life "Runaway Bride," Roberts went through quite a few breaks up, even marriages before she found her forever love. The actress dated Dylan McDermott and Kiefer Sutherland and even married musician and actor Lyle Lovett for a short time. 

When Roberts met her now husband, Moder, he was married to Vera Steimberg. Soon after meeting Roberts, Moder divorced his wife to be with the star actress. By July 2002, the couple got married — there was no more running away for this bride! A few years after their wedding, the couple expanded their family to include twins Phinnaeus and Hazel and their son Henry. It's clear from the few times Roberts has let the public into her relationship that what she shares with Moder is incredibly special. 

In an interview with CBS This Morning, Roberts opened up about what she does while she's not acting in front of the camera. 

"When I'm not working, [being a homemaker] is my full-time job. It isn't rainbows and kittens every day, but it does bring me a lot of joy," she admitted.

Her twins, Phinnaeus and Hazel, were born on Nov. 28, 2004. Phinnaeus was more of an athletic, laid-back type of person. On Moder's Instagram account, he was seen hitting the waves. He's also a fan of skateboarding. 

Hazel, on the other hand, is Roberts and Moder's only daughter. The eldest among the three bears much resemblance to her mother. At the 2021 Cannes Film Festival, Hazel made her red carpet debut, which stunned everyone who had been waiting for her appearance since she was a baby.

Their youngest, Henry, was born three years later, in 2007. Like Phinnaeus, he is also an athletic kid, someone who does backflips on a trampoline kind of athletic as seen on Moder's Instagram post.

Like many celebrity mothers, balancing one's career while also being at the top of their household has been one of the most difficult roles they have ever played in their careers. 

However, that role is not that difficult for the Academy Award-winning actress; Roberts said in the same CBS This Morning Interview that her work as an actress "never consumed" her. 

"It is my dream come true, but it is not my only dream come true," referring to her family life." The life that I have built with my husband, [and] the life that we've built with our children, that's the best stuff. To come home at the end of the day, triumphantly, to them."

Roberts' cheeky revelation reflected the type of parent she is to her children. Although Roberts wanted to keep them away from the spotlight as much as possible, she also made it a point to show them on her social media accounts. 

In celebration of their 17th Birthday in 2021, Roberts shared a throwback picture featuring her holding her twin children when they were babies. The sweet and heartwarming pic has Roberts smiling at the camera while she cradles the two newborns close.

It is simply captioned "17 of the Sweetest years of life ✨ 👫♥️🥳. 🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂" and anybody can clearly see the deep love she feels for her children.

For their 18th birthday in 2022, the "Erin Brockovich" actress posted another nostalgic photo of her twins. She was seen holding either one of the twins as she looked at them intently. 

"🌟🌟18🌟🌟 Love you," the post read.  

As usual, many were touched by the photo; many flocked to the comment section. 

"It can't be!!!!!!! Happy Birthday!!!!" singer Rita Ora said in a comment. 

"Happy birthday kiddos!!!❤️❤️❤️" Elizabeth Stewart, Roberts' stylist, also greeted them.
