This will not be the first time that these two voices have come together on a joint project. When Groban was just 19, Streisand approached him about collaborating with her when her first choice, Andrea Bocelli, was not able to do it. Although Groban was initially seen as a substitute vocalist, it did not take long for everyone to realize that he was destined to be a star in the industry.
Groban is still appreciative that Streisand gave him that chance long ago. This is what makes working together again so special for both of the performers. After listening to this stunning performance, it is obvious that the two were meant to sing together. The chemistry in their voices is truly some of the best in the industry.
