It's Official: You Can Now Zip Line Across Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls offers a one of a kind experience with the MistRider Zipline to the Falls which debuted less than two years ago.

You can enjoy a huge thrill ride by zip lining across the Niagara Falls. The thrill ride makes it so that you can travel at almost 40 miles per hour from over 200 feet high across over 2,000 feet.

The zip line voyage takes only 30 seconds to complete form beginning to end. This is a much better option for any thrill seeker than going over Niagara Falls in a barrel, which just so happens to be way too dangerous, deadly and illegal to boot. There are four available zip lines that allow you to travel over Niagara Falls.

The zip lines were provided through the courtesy and generosity of WildPlay Element Parks. The MistRider Zipline to the Falls is available for a heart thumping time in October for a low cost of $50 per person. Zip line riders must be at be at least 7 years old and anyone under 13 years old must be with an adult.

Some believe that the zip line distracts from the beauty of nature, but in reality, it will help you get out of the house to enjoy the nature that the Niagara Falls offer. The zip lines and any other attractions at Niagara Falls will allow you and your family to enjoy an extremely fun time.

There are other thrilling zip lines for you to experience around the globe. Zip lines have been installed throughout the United States which includes such tourist destinations as the Grand Canyon. Wildplay Element Parks provides the Whirlpool Adventure Course and a zip line outside Vancouver, British Columbia.

The adventure course includes a variety of things for you to enjoy and experience such as aerial games and the What’s To Fear Jump. The What’s To Fear Jump has you climb up a rope ladder to a platform in which you are strung to a jump line and have to go over the platform's edge. You could go even further and go to China to bungee-jump off of the world's highest glass-bottom bridge.
