It is well-known that A-list actress Jennifer Aniston is a dog lover. She has been open about her previous dogs, from adopting them to mourning them. It is clear to see she was the perfect choice to star in the hit 2008 film "Marley & Me."

The 51-year-old is currently a dog mom to Clyde, her Schnauzer mix, and Sophie, her white and black pit bull. Little Lord Chesterfield is the latest addition to the family. Aniston found him through the luxury pet hotel and spa The Wagmor's adoption service.

Aniston introduced him to the world via an Instagram post, which she captioned:

"Hi! I’d like to introduce to you the newest member of our family….this is (a very tired) Lord Chesterfield. He stole my heart immediately. A HUGE thank you to @wagmorpets for the incredible work you do. Grateful you take such great care of these rescues and find them their forever homes."

In an interview with Dogs Monthly, Aniston once stated her dogs are her "real friends." We can definitely relate, a dog is a man's best friend after all!

"I have some great human friends, of course, but my dog friends are very special. OK, so they don’t text me or buy me flowers, but they do so much more. They pick me up if I need it, they always greet me when I come home and they never complain about anything. I wish I was like that," she said.

Aniston and her ex-husband, Justin Theroux, owned a white German Shepard named Dolly, who sadly died in July 2019. Since then Jennifer has been unable to get a new dog, despite having "come so close" numerous times. We can see that she was waiting for little Lord Chesterfield to steal her heart, and we are sure he will fit right into the family!
