How Would You Like To Cuddle With Dozens Of 'Wolf dog' Puppies? Animal Shelter Looking For Volunteers
Oct 25, 2018 by apost team
For years, people have been breeding domestic dogs with tamed wolves in hopes to gain a solid profit. They usually choose to breed Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies and sometimes German Shepards with these captive wolves.
But, you will see in this video how it could all easily go wrong when your 'supply' increases more than your sales.
A fairly large Californian puppy mill was recently under fire for having an excessive amount of half-breed wolf pups. The local government had since stepped in and shut that overpopulated puppy mill operation down, but it left over 160 wolfdogs and their pups without a place to call their own.
The hardest part to swallow is that all of these beautiful wolfdogs were to be euthanized if their numbers weren't reduced by Nov. 2, 2018. A few helpful animal rescue organizations had heard the news and saved as many wolfdogs and pups as they could, but roughly 60 more need to be rescued from that greedy puppy mill.

The Pets Return Home animal rescue in Clarkdale, Arizona were one of the few non-profit organizations that took in a few dozen pups. They also rescued two pregnant dogs and one female had already given birth under their care.
These rescue facilities are currently swamped with tending to the needs of these neglected dogs, most of which had some major health issues. Also, since these specific crossbreeds have the possibility to embrace their aggressive wolf side, they'll need to interact more with people to become suitable for adoption.
So, the rescue operations had announced that they needed locals to volunteer to cuddle them up and play with them for the time being.
So far, countless people have shown up to play with these adorable wolfdog pups. Thus, all of the puppies and wolfdogs that were rescued still need your help. A volunteer at Pets Return Home has stated that it's going to take nearly $2,000 a month to feed all of their new rescues.
You can donate any type of dog food, toys or treats to the Pets Return Home animal rescue. You can find out how to send donations on their official page. Remember, just one little donation will mean a lot to this organization and all of their rescues.
