Hilarie Burton Flaunts Delightful Daddy-Daughter Photos Of Spouse Jeffrey Dean Morgan And Their Young Daughter

Hilarie Burton and Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s love story is one of those Hollywood meet-cute romance stories that's stood strong through the years and kept fans gushing whenever they come up in conversations. The pair is a certified power couple in the movie industry, and whose sterling careers are as inspiring as the love they have.

Burton and Jeffrey have been together for over a decade, building a family of two beautiful kids. While they keep excelling in their careers, the couple also raises their children with values they uphold. The celebrity parents often document family moments, milestones and life updates on social media, and fans can't get enough.

On July 25, 2023, Burton had her Instagram admirers fawning as always when she shared a precious montage showing photos of Jeffrey’s father-daughter moments with their baby girl.  

Burton and Jeffrey’s kids are Augustus “Gus” and George Virginia Morgan. Years before welcoming their bundles of joy, Burton and Jeffrey were two stars set up on a blind date. The duo met in 2009 after their mutual friends and fellow stars, Jensen and Danneel Ackles, played matchmakers and set them up. 

Once in a May 2021 Instagram post, the "One Tree Hill" actress fondly remembered the first time she met her husband. Burton celebrated their anniversary as she wrote: 

“Twelve years ago today, @jensenackles and @danneelackles512 made me go on a blind date. The smokin hot @jeffreydeanmorgan showed up, and it was game over. Here's to being crazy kids, living all over the country, giving birth to two doppelgängers, getting gray hair and still being totally inappropriate....together."

Jeffrey and Burton hit it right off from the start, and in 2010, they welcomed their first child, Gus. The lovers privately became parents in March of that year, and by August of the same year, Burton confirmed the birth of their son to the New York Daily News. One year after having a child, Burton and her partner talked about their lives as parents. Jeffrey told E! that parenthood meant “a lot of not sleeping.” 

Seven years later, in 2017, a happy Jeffrey confirmed that he and his lover were becoming parents again at the Emmy Awards. At the time, he placed a hand on Burton's growing bump and gushed over the bun in the oven. The “Supernatural” star and “Lethal Weapon” actress announced the birth of their daughter George in March 2018.

Since becoming parents, Burton and Morgan have tasked themselves with instilling values in their kids. Jeffrey once told People about how they teach their son to address the issue of equality. The star dad said:

“Everybody’s equal — we all love each other, and that’s so important for a little 7-year-old (to know).” 

“The Walking Dead” actor stated that he felt it was “sad” that they need to teach their son equality; nonetheless, it was important that “children are educated to love everyone.” Jeffrey added that he believed he and his spouse took “great care” in “making a socially aware child.”

One year after George joined the Morgan family, her star parents tied the knot. Prior to their 2019 wedding, many thought the pair were already official. The bride and groom shared separate Instagram updates informing fans of their conjugal bliss.

Burton and her husband continue to dazzle their slew of fans on social media, inspiring millions with their picture-perfect family. The former “Total Request Live'' host pulled heartstrings when she showed off how her partner enjoys quality time with their little daughter. The Instagram post included slides of images showing the duo’s moments together. 

The first photo in Burton’s montage showed Jeffrey and little George cuddling up on the couch indoors while enjoying each other's company. The next snap presented the adorable duo embracing in what looked like a restaurant. The third photo was even more enchanting as Jeffrey and George were captured sharing a soulful hug in what appeared to be the latter's bedroom. Burton sweetly wrote in the caption:

“Going through my camera roll, and damn near every picture is just these two in love. They are the same person. So naturally, I adore the both of them. You were always hot, @jeffreydeanmorgan. But your girl-dad era is unrivaled. How is it possible that you play bad guys?!?! Xxx."

Jeffrey and his wife are gradually introducing their kids to the spotlight. In April 2023, the couple told ET about how their shared network, AMC, cares about their family and makes work “a family affair.” Although the couple worked on separate AMC projects, they noted that the network cares about their family. 

Burton noted that the AMC showrunners met their kids when they filmed the reality series, “Friday Night In With the Morgans,” amid the pandemic. The show documented the couple's farm life with their children and introduced the kids to showbiz. Gus also appeared as a guest star in a 2021 episode of “The Walking Dead.”
