High School Dance Team’s Fast-Food Themed Routine Has Crowd In Stitches

Paying a hilarious level of respect to the legendary fast-food chain Chick-fil-A, a novel dance performed by the Bobcat Belles of Hallsville High School garnered millions upon millions of clicks on social media since their video was posted to YouTube in October 2018.

Entirely done by a crew of talented young ladies, they're hoping that such a performance would be able to win them enough donations so that they can take their performance on the road.

The gals, known as the Bobcat Belles of Hallsville High according to their video, intended to wow the crowds with the Chick-fil-A routine and win first prize.

If the internet's reaction to their rehearsal performance was any indication of how they would do, then the other teams might just be better off moooo-ving out of the way!

The rehearsal took place in the gymnasium area of their local school. The polished floors and glossy lights would certainly be more than enough to give your average cow some stage fright, but not these brave bovines! Despite the rotund nature of the costumes, the girls are able to make everything look flawless.

True to form, there's a Chick-fil-A banner in the background featuring the classic Chick-fil-A cows holding signs that say "Eat Mor Chickin." While the grammar of the cows could use some work, I think that the skillfulness of the dancers made up for it.

Although the crowd seems quite sparse, with many of the seats being open, their digital audience more than made up for the unfilled spaces! The clip posted on YouTube is four minutes of pure cow choreography.

The performance's music features Milkshake by Kelis, Proud to Be a Cow by Sesame Street, Time of My Life by Dirty Dancing, and a Chick-fil-A remix of the Beatles' Yesterday. The variety within the dance routines are just as numerous and diverse as the song choices.

It's impressive enough to think that there are gals so talented out there in their teenage years to memorize these dance steps in the first place, but to perform them in an oversized cow costume? They must have a truly athletic skill set that is sure to put them in first place at any novelty dance contest!

The school team's dance instructor, Kathryn Calaway, commented that she's honored to work with the students as they are some of the most dedicated girls she's ever had the privilege to train. She went on to elaborate that the variety in dance and song was more of a chance for the girls to let loose and allow their creative juices to flow. After all, sometimes the most expressive dance is best done with the primary goal is to just have fun with your friends on the dance floor!

Stunned by the overwhelmingly positive feedback, the team commented "HOLY COW" on their Facebook page. They're proud that they were able to bring people all over the world so much entertainment and laughter through the power of the internet and their love of dancing.

All we know is that these girls certainly have a bright future ahead of them if they keep up this level of creativity and quality dancing! Now, give these stars some chicken sandwiches!
