Millions of humans own pet dogs. What isn’t to love about a dog? They have pure, sweet souls and playful dispositions. They love to be with us and miss us when we are gone.

Sure, we may need to clean up after them here and there, but they make up for minor inconveniences with their adorable ways. They are basically our miniature soulmates.

You probably never even knew how much you loved dogs until one was sleeping with you on a bad night or waiting to greet you after a long day. They give us unconditional love and really only want the basics in return.

They want to protect us and they make sure they tell us in their own way when someone new or unexpected is near. One running joke is the obsession that many dogs have for their mailman.

Even though they learn to recognize the postman or woman who delivers to the door, they often go crazy every time they see them walk up.

Toby the Boxer is definitely a case in point! He loves Roger, the UPS driver who frequently brings packages to his home. He loves him so much that he will wait by the window every day in the hopes that he shows up.

If Roger is only passing by that day, he makes sure to honk his horn at Toby to say hello. If he happens to be delivering a package, he always brings along treats to feed Toby. It always makes his day!

Some pets just have a strange obsession with the delivery people who come to the door. They may think they are warning their humans of danger, or they may be hoping to make a new friend! Whatever the reason, we are so happy that Toby and Roger are good friends.
