Heartwarming Photos Of Lisa Marie Presley’s Life With Her Parents, Elvis And Priscilla

After being rushed to the emergency room after being found unresponsive in her California home, Elvis Presley's daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, passed away at the age of 54 on Jan. 12, 2023, as per TMZ.
Born on Feb. 1, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee, to parents Elvis and Priscilla Presley, Lisa Marie was one of the biggest celebrity children upon her birth. She was born exactly nine months after her parents famously tied the knot in a brief ceremony in their suite at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas.
After her father's death in 1977, she was listed as a beneficiary on her father's last will, along with her grandfather Vernon and great-grandmother Minnie. However, Vernon died in 1979, and Minnie a year after. This made Lisa Marie the only surviving beneficiary of Elvis' trust up until her death. In 1993, she inherited her father's estate, which had already grown to $100 million in 1993.
She was the only daughter of Elvis, which means that her children — she had four in total — were his only grandchildren. Lisa Marie had Riley Keough and her late son Benjamin Keough with her ex-husband Danny Keough, while she shared her twins, Harper and Finley, with her ex-husband, Michael Lockwood.
Following in the footsteps of her father, Lisa Marie also went into the music business and found her own voice. She went on to release a few albums and some songs that gained her a lot of popularity. But aside from her musical career, Lisa Marie also devoted her life to humanitarian efforts through the Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation, among many others.
Read on to learn more about Lisa Marie’s life and the sweet moments she shared with her parents.
Welcome To The World
Most people are familiar with the beautiful photograph of Elvis and Priscilla looking down at their newborn daughter, Lisa Marie. Lisa Marie was swaddled sweetly as Priscilla held her, with Elvis looking adoringly at his child.
"The nurse brought her into my room and I cradled her in my arms. She was so tiny, so beautiful," Priscilla shared. "Elvis came into the room and kissed me, thrilled that we had had a perfectly normal, healthy baby. Then he took us both in his arms and held us."

At Home With Elvis
According to PEOPLE, Lisa Marie wrote about her fond memories of growing up in a memoir, “Elvis by the Presleys,” which was co-authored by Priscilla.
"If (Elvis) was in a good mood, it was going to be a great day. We'd ride horses or ride around in golf carts. The thing about my father is that he never hid anything. If he was crabby, you knew it," Lisa Marie wrote. "His temper could give Darth Vader a run for his money. But if he was happy, everyone was happy. He'd never bore you."
She recalled the property she grew up on being “amazing” and always “filled with energy and excitement.”
Remembering Her Complete Family
Although there were ups and downs in her personal life and her home life, Lisa Marie publicly professed her love for her father in the many years after his passing. She said: “I wanted you to know that I haven’t forgotten. You made me. I love you. You’re still lovely. You were lovely then.”
According to Entertainment Tonight, she looked back on her memories with Elvis fondly. She called her father: "Very adoring, very sweet. I knew that he was crazy about me. He let me sing for him at the table."
Loving Mother-Daughter Relationship
Lisa Marie and her mother stuck by each other’s side. They shared a beautiful relationship that people have been lucky enough to witness through stunning photographs and rare videos. This is why it was so heart-wrenching to see Priscilla post, “My beloved daughter Lisa Marie was rushed to the hospital,” just mere hours before Lisa Marie’s passing.
According to the Daily Mail, the mother-daughter duo had cried together just a few days prior while attending the Golden Globes together as they listened to Austin Butler give a speech about the importance of the King of Rock and Roll’s legacy.
Carrying On The Presley Legacy
Lisa Marie and Priscilla previously remembered Elvis through the ELVIS: The Exhibition – The Show – The Experience in Las Vegas in 2015. But it was the 2022 biopic, “Elvis,” that brought them together for a press tour once again.
Lisa Marie, who had appeared at the red carpet premiere of the movie, had been somewhat quiet since the movie’s release – which was why her tragic death came as a shock to many. Here she was alongside Priscilla and Riley, commemorating the experience of the “Elvis” press tour.
