There is always a new dance craze sweeping the internet, and it is fun to try them all out. Some we can master, but some are much harder than others. A new dance that these teens are trying out is a coordination dance, and follows a mesmerizing patten that is impossible not to captivate you.

The dance begins with colored rings being placed on the floor in a square. Each row of the square uses a different color ring. The dancers get into two groups, and line up holding two small sticks in their hands.

It is important to get into the rhythm before the dancing begins. To do this the dancers beat their sticks together in time with the music. Then their bodies get to work. First, one dancer from each group jumps into the rings. They do identical dance moves, but only enter the circle which is their own color.

As the first pair of dancers move up to the next set of rings, another dancer from each group joins them. Everyone has learned this dance perfectly as each person knows exactly what move to make, and when to make it. There is no freestyling in this routine! It's incredible that no one bumps into each other.

It sounds complicated but there are actually a lot of skills to develop through coordinated dance. According to Washington Parent, starting off young kids with coordinated dance helps them with holding items and developing rhythm, which in turn helps them with more advanced coordination as they get older.
