Look healthy and radiant with these life-saving makeup tricks!

1. Moisturize! Moisturize! Moisturize!

Dry skin can make you look dull and old. It is absolutely essential to use moisturizer every day no matter the season. Use natural oils that are rich in vitamin E, vitamin A, and fatty acids such as coconut oil. They lock in moisture and also supply your skin with essential nutrients that will give you smoother and softer skin and will give your face a fresh and healthy glow.

2. Stay Away From Dark Lipsticks

As you grow older your lips seem thinner. The quickest way to plump them up is a lip gloss. Outline your lips with a lipliner a shade or two darker than your lip color and add a dab of gloss on top! Steer clear of super dark lipstick because they make you look older anyway and are not a good combination with thin lips. If you find a lipstick does not bleed around the outer edges then you could go for a darker shade.

3. Give Your Cheeks A Beautiful Glow

Apply your blush with a brush and place it on the apple of the cheek.  To find the right spot - smile - and then place the brush. Professional makeup artists swear by this trick and you'll notice that this way you will draw the attention away from your wrinkles and give emphasis to your eyes.

4. Define Your Eyes

Brows can get sparse with age and tend to lose definition so a brow pencil is your best friend! Use an eyebrow pencil only a couple of shades darker than your hair color. Use a natural shade of eyeshadow to finish the look.

5. Less Is More!

You don't need a thick layer of foundation. It will only make your skin look pasty. A liquid foundation in a warmer tone will do the trick. Powder-based cosmetics add texture to skin that already has developed texture.
