This group of four wanted to have an epic prom night back in 2013, so they spent hours choreographing the perfect dance routine to perform in front of the entire class. The eight-minute long performance takes its audience from the music of the '60s all the way to today.

The boys chose a classic look for their performance. Sporting brown pants, classic white T-shirts, and black suspenders, when they entered the prom.

Their Classmates Had No Idea What Was Coming Until The Boys Took To The Stage

The first few notes of Ben E. King's classic "Stand By Me" began to play. This timeless classic was the perfect background for the boys to show off their best old-school moves as they moved to the beat. After a minute of classic grooves, they decided to switch it up.
Suddenly the music made a fast tempo change into "Let's Twist Again" by Chubby Checker. The boys feet were flying as they twisted and shimmied across the stage. They were having a great time, smiling and laughing during their performance.

The choreography was a series of dance moves set to song bits from recent decades. Each dancer took a turn to show his personal style as he danced to music from the 60's, 70's, 80's, and today. The audience loved the boys' performance, and the routine was a huge success. They had a ball hamming it up on stage and showed no signs of stage fright. They were clearly having fun grooving in front of all of their classmates!

The boys' routine was called "New Evolution of Dance." It was inspired by the 2001 viral video by dancer Jason Laipply. In his video, Laipply strings together dance moves from the last 50 years to create a memorable performance that has inspired many parodies.
The boys really knew how to sell their performance to the crowd, dancing with huge smiles and tons of energy. They worked really hard to perfect their choreography, and even added some crazy gymnastic type steps of their own. These boys really showed off their talent! These brave boys took to the stage to create a memory that will last a lifetime. They will never forget their prom night, and will enjoy the video of their special performance for years to come.
