Figure Skating Couple Nearly Melts Ice With Steamy Routine

Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir put on an impressively sexy figure skating routine at the 2017 CS Autumn Classic International held in Montreal, Quebec.

Figure skating is without a doubt one of the most expressive Olympic sports. It is a combination of a contemporary dance style and skating, either of which is hard enough on its own. A marriage of sport and art, music plays a big part in the skater's routine as well.

Usually, couples who compete in ice skating know the importance of putting on a great show. To do that, they have to come up with routines that are unique, fun, and exciting. Depending on the music, some skating pairs may add a little bit of sexiness to their routine.

Back in 2017, Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir competed in the CS Autumn Classic International held at the Sportsplexe Pierrefonds in Montreal, Quebec. It is part of the 2017–18 ISU Challenger Series. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing.

They chose two songs: Sympathy for the Devil by The Rolling Stones and Oye Como Va by Santana. The routine was incredibly sexy, and you could tell the two of them really put a lot of passion into it. People around the world couldn’t get enough of the video with one poster commenting, “Wow… love it!" From their very first pose, you can feel the intensity between these two as Scott crouches on the floor while Tessa jerks her hips followed by raising one arm.

Scott then proceeds to gently touch Tessa's waist before she turns away with a shake. The pair then skates off and executes the rest of their routine with complete grace. 

No matter the moves they do, their bodies are always perfectly aligned. One viewer commented, “That’s actually the supreme professionalism of this pair…each action planned out and delivered with utmost perfection.” All in all, the song choices were perfect, their moves were hot, and they synchronized beautifully.
