Felicity Hoffman’s daughter Sophia Grace Macy will get a second chance at higher education, as she will reportedly be taking the SATs once more.
Felicity Hoffman is one of at least 51 individuals involved in the 2019 College Admissions Bribery Scandal. The parties are accused of bribing two firms run by Rick Singer, who would then bribe College officials or tamper with examination scores to secure the accused’s children a spot in the university of their choice.
According to TMZ, the College Board deemed there was not enough evidence to conclude Sophia was aware of the bribery, which means she will not be prosecuted by being barred from taking the SATs. The report suggests Sophia would like to try again to get into a university in a legit fashion.

"College Board will prohibit individuals from taking the SAT ... when we conclude they have deliberately gained or attempted to gain or share an unfair advantage on any College Board test, or otherwise threatened the integrity of the test," a member of the Board said, as per TMZ.
Additionally, if there was any reasonable evidence suggesting Sophia was, in fact, aware of the bribery, she would only be suspended from taking the exam for six months.
Last month, Huffman pleaded guilty to mail fraud and honest services mail fraud. She was sentenced to 14 days in prison along with a $30,000 fine and 250 hours of community service.
