Eminem's Daughter Is All Grown Up And She's A True Beauty—A Look At Her Today

Being the child of a celebrity poses some interesting challenges. When you have a famous parent, you have multiple paths in life to choose from. You can take the path of anonymity and try to blend into the background as much as possible. Or, you can take advantage of your family's notoriety and use it to your advantage.

The daughter of world-class rapper Marshall Bruce Mathers, or Eminem as he is most commonly known, has taken a middle ground. Anyone who follows Slim Shady's music will know about Hailie. From Eminem's debut in the late 90s, he has continuously risen on a higher path to fame. Yet, his daughter has always been a large part of his life and image.

Whenever he is rapping about the struggles of the underprivileged classes of America, he often mentions his daughter. He is never shy about being personal in his messages, and little Hailie is a constant source of inspiration. Whether listening to "Hailie's Song," "97' Bonnie & Clyde," or "Mockingbird," you will hear her name dropped amongst his high-speed tongue-twisting.

Eminem has Hailie with Kimberly Anne Scott, better known as Kim. The pair met in high school and Kim was pregnant not long after. Born on December 25, 1995, Hailie Mathers is Eminem's only biological daughter. Unfortunately, the marriage wasn't to last.

The star couple often called "Kiminem," divorced in 2001. However, the judge granted joint custody to the couple, allowing Eminem to maintain a place in raising the girl. They grew up as a friendly but split family in Detroit, reports the Metro.

Despite appearing in many of his lyrics, and even having a cameo in the music video for "Mockingbird," Hailie has managed to maintain a relatively private life. Despite her father being one of the most famous rappers in the world, Hailie has managed to lead a fairly normal life.

From middle school through college, she was popular but was never truly in the public eye. Rather than seeking fame, Hailie preferred to focus on her school and seek good grades.

This private lifestyle was not a mistake. Even though he was willing to drop her name in a song or two, Eminem put a great deal of effort into protecting her privacy. However, a father will always eventually lose control. In 2016, Hailie decided that she was comfortable letting fans know more about her. She created an Instagram page while attending Michigan State University, and immediately developed a following.

This decision surprised a lot of people. However, fans of her father and many more were delighted to see a glimpse into the girl's life. People immediately noticed the striking similarities between her and her father. Yet, despite similar looks, the interests are divergent. Hailie has shown no interest at all in pursuing music as a career.

Rather, she set her sights on developing a fanbase on social media. As an Instagram influencer, Hailie has become a powerhouse. At last check, she had over two million followers with no sign of slowing down. Her content is primarily beauty and makeup tips, with lifestyle content thrown in for good measure.

Despite his fame and public image, Hailie has never posted a photo that includes her father. Naturally, this sparked rumors that perhaps there has been a falling out between the father-daughter pair. She is quick to dismiss this. In a 2018 Daily Mail interview, she said "Of course we're very close. He's a huge inspiration to me. But we're different people living separate lives."

Her page is not devoid of men, however. Her boyfriend Evan McClintock is featured prominently. Hailie is quick to gush about him, saying "He's studied economics and is a top-rate golfer. We prefer cozy nights rather than clubbing. My dad likes him, too!"
