Eavesdropper Tapped A Woman's Shoulder Mid-Flight And Said 3 Words That The Passengers Couldn't Ignore

Though many of us plod through life doing whatever job we can to make ends meet, some people are blessed to find work that they love. Those who feel like they're truly making a positive difference for other people tend to feel like their occupations are especially rewarding.

When Kimber Bermudez started talking to a passenger beside her on a flight from Chicago to Florida, she had no idea that others around her were listening in on their conversation. Her fellow passenger asked what Kimber's job was. Little did the person know that they had brought up one of Kimber's favorite topics of discussion. You see, she's a teacher in a low-income school. She's passionate about helping kids from all walks of life try to meet their full potential.

Those sitting near Kimber seemed spellbound as she spoke with such heartfelt care and concern for her students.

She declared how heartbreaking it was to see hunger and want in the year 2018, and how she felt that it was a sign that something was seriously wrong in society.

Hearing Kimber's story struck a nerve with not only the passenger beside her but several other passengers in the surrounding seats on that flight. When the man beside her told her that his company sometimes donates to charitable groups, he requested her contact information. She gave him her school email address. That's when something incredible took place.

The man sitting directly behind Kimber tapped her lightly on the shoulder.

He said he was sorry for listening to a conversation he wasn't a part of and then proceeded to hand her some money! Right on top of the wad of bills was a $100 bill! That kind gesture brought Kimber to tears. She pledged to use the money to help her students get much-needed learning materials and help her local community. When she looked later, she saw that the thoughtful Good Samaritan had given her $500!

As the plane landed another man who had been listening in also handed the overwhelmed teacher $20. Then another gave her $10, which he said was all he had! She expressed her extreme thankfulness to all four of these thoughtful fellow passengers before stepping off the plane.

Kimber posted about her experience on Facebook. People all over the world have since learned about this inspiring story of human kindness and generosity.
