If you learn to take care of your body and respond to its internal and external cues, you will be more prepared to advance and maintain your health. 1. Unexplained weight loss

Losing an unexpected amount of weight may be cause for concern as the Rush University Medical Center states. There can be many potential reasons for this issue, but it is best to see a doctor.
2. Weakness in arms or legs
According to Harvard Health Publishing, this is one potential sign of a stroke. Weakness, especially on one side of the body, is a common indicator of a stroke.

The U.S. National Library of Medicine states that shortness of breath can be caused by bronchitis, asthma, or pneumonia, especially if you don't normally encounter this symptom. If you exercise regularly and have generally good cardiovascular health but still experience shortness of breath, it is a good idea to seek medical attention.

Chest pains should always be taken seriously, according to the American Heart Association. This is because chest pain could be a sign of a heart attack.

Peeling skin can be a sign that your body is lacking in vitamins. Researchers of the Skin Research Center in New Jersey emphasized the important role of vitamins when it comes to skin care. If the peeling skin also itches, make sure that you don't have an infection.
