Dolly Parton Makes Jimmy Fallon Try On Her Wig And She Now Has A Twin

Have you ever wondered how Dolly Parton kept her hair in such good condition? There’s never a strand out of place! Her secret? She wears a wig! She wears it so much, that some people say that she probably eats and sleeps without taking it off her head. Jimmy Fallon has admitted that he also thinks that Dolly probably never takes off her wig.

Truth be told, Dolly Parton hasn’t been seen without her wig on her head since 1973. As a famous character, she always tries to appear her best and, as she pointed out, gospel singers and country music stars simply need to have big hair!

Why didn’t Dolly choose to simply color and perm her own hair? While she has a nice head of her own hair, she admits that she didn’t want to risk harming her health by using dangerous chemicals and techniques on it.

With so much flap about Dolly Parton’s wig, it’s no surprise that it was brought up when she was interviewed on Jimmy Fallon’s show. She didn’t hesitate from announcing that she wanted Jimmy to try on one her wigs during the show. Of course, Dolly didn’t take off her wig and hand it to him; instead, she had brought a spare along with her.

Although the dare to wear one of her wigs made Jimmy roll his eyes and appear somewhat embarrassed, he went on and wore the blonde locks like a champion. The results were hilarious although, in some ways, the look fit Jimmy pretty well!
