Dog’s Reaction To Mom Bringing Home Baby From Hospital Is Quickly Gaining Fans

This Shiba Inu dog, called Chiko, loves his owners' baby Leo and would do anything to take care of him. This footage filmed in Hong Kong in October 2018 shows three-year-old Chiko putting its right paw on the infant's car seat and giving it a gentle rock.

Some dogs are very protective and defend their humans. Breeds like pit-bulls and German shepherds are known for this behavior. The breed Shiba Inu were initially bred for hunting, however, they also make wonderful companions, as detailed here by the American Kennel Club.

Chicko proves the perfect babysitter, rocking baby Leo's capsule. The dog places a protective paw on the baby boy and nuzzles him. He then sits next to the capsule, making sure the baby is safe.
He is a truly sweet dog, and we hope Chiko and Leo continue to make beautiful memories together as Leo grows up.
