Singer Diana Ross Is Filled With Pride For Her Three Daughters And Two Sons

Diana Ross, the lead singer of the Supremes, celebrated her 79th birthday recently. Her five children helped her celebrate, and Ross opened up and said she is really proud of all of them.

She posted a picture of all of her grown-up children on Instagram with the caption: "I have so much to be proud of, and my best examples are my children."

Her five children are called Rhonda, Tracee Ellis, Chudney, Ross, and Evan. They have all chosen to work in entertainment. Rhonda, Tracee Ellis, Ross, and Evan have all gone into acting while Chudney has become a producer.

Rhonda married Rodney Kendrick, a prominent jazz guitarist, and they have a son together. Chudney had a daughter in 2012 and eventually married the father, Joshua Faulkner. Ross married Kimberly Ryan, and they have two sons together. Ross is a devoted father of his two boys, Leif and Indigo.

Diana Ross dated Barry Gordy, who fathered one of her children. She broke up with him while two months pregnant with Barry's child and married Robert Silberstein. She had two children with Silberstein before divorcing him in 1977.

Diana Ross then dated Gene Simmons, renowned guitarist and singer of Kiss, for three years. She is believed to have been instrumental in breaking up Gene Simmons' relationship with Cher, although all parties involved have given contradictory stories about the break-up. 

After breaking up with Gene Simmons, Diana Ross went on to marry Arne Naess, a Norwegian businessman involved in shipping. The couple had two sons together but divorced in 2000 after rumors surfaced that he had fathered a child with a different woman during their marriage. Naess died in 2004 in a mountain climbing accident.
