Demi Moore Shares New “Quality Time” Photos Celebrating Bruce Willis' 70th Birthday

Bruce Willis is a Hollywood icon widely recognized for his unforgettable roles in action-packed films. Best known for his portrayal of John McClane in the "Die Hard" series, he also made a lasting impact in movies like "Pulp Fiction," "Armageddon," and "The Sixth Sense." Throughout his nearly four-decade career, Willis demonstrated remarkable versatility, taking on roles in various genres across film and television.

In his personal life, Willis was married to actress Demi Moore from 1987 until their divorce in 2000. The former couple shares three daughters. After their split, Willis doubted he would find love again — until he met model Emma Heming. Their connection was instant, and in 2009, the actor shared how quickly they fell for each other. He recalled: "We went on one date, on the Friday before Emma was getting ready to move back to New York, and then we fell mad crazy in love." 

Sadly, in February 2023, Willis' family publicly disclosed that he had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD), a progressive neurological condition that affects the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain. The disorder leads to significant changes in personality, behavior, and language abilities. This heartbreaking revelation came after he retired from acting in March 2022 due to aphasia.

Despite his diagnosis, Willis' family continues to cherish special moments together. It's worth noting that Moore, Willis' ex-wife, frequently visits him and continues to be a strong source of support for Emma and their daughters. 

On Mar. 20, 2025, in celebration of his 70th birthday on Mar. 19, Moore shared heartwarming photos on Instagram featuring herself, Willis' wife Emma, and their daughter Tallulah spending time with him, offering fans a glimpse into their intimate family gathering. 

One touching photo captured Moore and her daughter Tallulah, 31, posing alongside Willis, who looked dapper in a baby blue suit jacket. Another snapshot featured Moore and her ex-husband together, while the final image showed Emma Heming, 46, affectionately kissing Bruce on the cheek. Moore captioned her heartfelt post:

"Quality time with our BW… Who was feeling the love! Keep it pouring in! ♥️"

Her post came just hours after she shared additional images of their blended family celebrating together. Among them were Moore and Willis' other daughters, Rumer, 36, and Scout, 33. Bruce and Emma's daughters, Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10, were also present. The gathering included sweet moments with Bruce's 23-month-old granddaughter, Louetta, whom Rumer welcomed in April 2023 with her ex-boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas. In another post on Mar. 19, Moore shared photos of birthday-themed cookies decorated with Bruce's likeness, writing:

"Happy birthday, BW! We love you ♥️."

Despite their divorce, Bruce and Moore have maintained a strong and supportive bond as co-parents and friends. Their close-knit family dynamic became even more significant after Willis retired from acting. Reflecting on their connection, Moore expressed her unwavering support:

"For me, there was never a question. I show up because that's what you do for the people you love." 

Moore also emphasized the power of their blended family:

"I hope it's encouraging for others to see that there's a different way to do things. There is life after divorce. There is a way to co-parent with love."
