Deliveryman Finds Weird Golden Retriever Hiding In His Truck - Then Finds Surprising Message On His Collar

UPS drivers aren't Uber drivers. They deliver packages. They don't pick up passengers. A driver, however, may find a four-legged stowaway in the back of the truck.

That's what happened to a driver who made a friend with a neighborhood golden retriever.

The delivery driver must be a dog lover because he had a special ritual every time he passed the dog's home. The driver would give the retriever a biscuit.

One day, the driver failed to provide the canine with his much-welcomed treat. So, the dog snuck onto the back of the truck!

The dog ended up going for a not-so-scenic ride for a while. Eventually, the UPS deliveryman discovered the stowaway pet. After the initial shock wore off, the driver brought the pet back to his home.

The golden retriever's owner had a good-natured response to the incident. The owner attached a note around the dog's collar revealing what the pooch did. The public shaming didn't likely have much of an effect on the dog.

He would probably do the same to get more biscuits in the future. Likely, the UPS delivery driver won't ever forget them again.
