Cop Rants Angrily Behind A Slow Grandpa Before Camera Reveals Hilarious Sight

Speeding drivers can be a danger to all of us. We have all been there when someone comes speeding by faster than the posted speed limit-it's dangerous and unnecessary! But this cop noticed the opposite one day- a slow, old “grandpa” on the road, traveling well below the posted speed limit.

Brian Bowman, a deputy located in Florida, was in his vehicle when he came across a very slow “driver” on the road. He felt that he just had to get on camera to express how annoyed he was at the experience! He talks about the nerve of the guy and how he was only going literally a mile an hour in a 30 mile per hour zone.

Officer Bowman also explains that maybe the reason he is going so slow is that he seems to be at least 100-years-old and probably shouldn’t be out on the road.

The police officer was caught in a very interesting predicament. Even more so when we find he went to talk to the offender and he had the nerve to snap at him.

You are probably feeling his frustration at this point, right? But then the camera turns towards the offender. What is in the frame is just as Officer Bowman described- but it isn’t a person! Nope, it is a tortoise who is slowly walking down the street right in the way of traffic. It definitely made us smile!
