Celine Dion Shows Off Physique In Ruffled White Mini Dress

One of the most well-known Canadian singers of all time, Celine Dion has made a huge impact in her native country and globally. Her music has spanned decades and includes massive hits such as "My Heart Will Go On" from the movie "Titanic," while her most recent album "Courage" has shown that she isn't slowing down whatsoever, despite having worked for over four decades already. 

But the Quebec artist is not only known for being an incredible singer and performer, her incredible taste in fashion has helped her become a style icon in her own right. And while Dion is no stranger to taking risks in the fashion department, the last few years have proved just why the 53-year-old is still considered so influential in what she wears. 

From experimenting with up-and-coming designers to donning high-glam looks for fun, it's always a treat to see what Dion is wearing next. Often photographed at Paris Fashion Week, Dion also posts her stylish looks to her social media accounts, allowing her followers to stay up to date with what she's wearing. 

Most recently the star posted a photo of herself to Instagram in which she's wearing a ruffled white minidress while heralding that summer isn't quite over yet. The look is elegant and evokes images of being on a yacht. She accessorized the dress with a chic black rectangular bag, strappy high heels and large oversized sunglasses. Unsurprisingly, Dion's fans were quick to praise her for the stunning look, commenting on how beautiful and elegant she looks.

Posting to her Instagram account on Aug. 6, Celine Dion had a new fashion look to share with her fans. In the photo, the 53-year-old is wearing a ruffled white minidress that simply looks amazing on her. The dress' voluminous ruffles contrast gorgeously with the singer's svelte physique and add a sense of whimsy and playfulness to the outfit. 

But proving that she's all about glamor, Dion styled the dress with black accessories, lending a more grown-up, elegant touch to the outfit. She opted for oversized black sunglasses, a black handbag, thin, strappy high-heel sandals and a black leather wristwatch. The only accessory which wasn't black was her chunky gold earrings. While a handbag covers part of her legs, it's clear to see that Dion is in incredible shape, with her sleek muscular frame showing off a golden summer tan.

What's more, the location where the singer took the photo — which appears to be a hallway — matches her look! The white walls are contrasted with black trim while gold-leaf wallpaper embellishes the walls — this all provides the perfect backdrop for Dion's stylish photoshoot! Dion's team captioned her post:

"Summer isn’t over yet and we still want to enjoy every minute of it! How are you spending the next few weeks? 🌞 "

The text included the hashtags "#WeekendVibes #SummerFeeling #FridayVibes." Clearly a hit with her fans, the post has already received over 236,000 likes from Dion's 4.7 million followers. Many fans commented on the post while praising the singer for her "beauty and grace."

As well as commenting on her look, fans took to the comments to talk about Dion's upcoming residency in Las Vegas. With some parts of life finally returning to normal, Dion's Resorts World Las Vegas residency show will be going ahead later this year. The singer even added 11 extra dates for the beginning of 2022, from Jan. 19 to Feb. 5, after the presale demand was so great. But some fans voiced that they think Dion should have been given a one-year residency from the get-go instead of gradually adding dates, as it was always clear that there would be high demand to see the singer.

In fact, earlier this year Wealthy Gorilla reported that Dion is the third richest singer in the world, with a net worth of $800 million. Despite her earnings differing across a few different platforms, Celebrity Net Worth also lists her current net worth at $800 million. Topped only by Madonna, who's second, and jazz musician Herb Alpert on the list, it's surprising to learn that not all of Dion's wealth is tied to her music. However, Forbes reported that the majority of her fortune comes from the various Las Vegas residencies she's held over the years. 

On top of various other deals that are common for celebrities in the spotlight, such as a partnership with cosmetics giant L'Oreal Paris and a perfume line with Coty, the most surprising revenue stream for Dion is actually in the restaurant business. And not just any restaurant, but specifically local delicatessens in her native Quebec! The World published an article in 2016 that detailed Dion's co-ownership of the historic Montreal deli, Schwartz's, which was founded in 1928.
