We all get angry every now and then, yet we each express that anger in different ways. Your zodiac sign can indicate the way you control your temper, process emotions and let out frustrations.

1. Aries

Like all fire signs, Aries is quick to anger. They feel emotions in extremes and are also known to throw tantrums when things don’t go their way and interfere with their goals. Annoy an Aries, and you'll be singed with their temper in retaliation. And beware; Aries aren’t known for letting little things slide.

2. Taurus

Taurus can be extremely patient, but they have their limits. If a Taurus becomes angry with you, you will most likely remain oblivious. Not fond of yelling, they’re a lot more passive aggressive. The tool of the trade for a Taurus is the silent treatment. Most aren't fond of confrontation and are unlikely to address problems out loud.

3. Gemini

Mood swings make it difficult to stay on a Gemini’s good side because they are likely to say one thing even when they mean another. They're also known for changing their likes and dislikes constantly, making it impossible to keep up. They will go up in flames when they’re angry, but they won’t remain that way forever. Geminis are rarely moody, so you can expect to be forgiven soon.

4. Cancer

Cancer's gentle dispositions don't make them prone to anger. More likely, they'll feel hurt. Cancers aren’t vocal about their feelings, which can lead to passive aggression. If you fight with a Cancer and they say they’re "fine", they’re not. It takes someone attuned to their personality and body language to determine when a Cancer is angry.

5. Leo

Leos are the most fiery of all the fire signs, and angry Leos will throw tantrums. They will identify your vulnerabilities and strike where it hurts the most. Initially, this may phase you, but after fighting with a Leo a few times, you’ll know they're only hurt. Their tempers fizzle out as quickly as they come aflame.

6. Virgo

Virgos rarely get angry, so if you do anger a Virgo, it will most likely be for a serious reason. Virgos hate appearing angry and keep their emotions locked up. They aren’t the best at processing their emotions. If you're important to them, they may forgive you with time.

7. Libra

Libras love a safe and pleasant environment. They avoid confrontation like the flu and are unlikely to tell you if they are hurting. Libras rarely show outward anger. If they haven't been speaking to you, they're most likely upset. When it comes to past arguments, Libras hold on. They will recall everything you’ve done wrong in the past and bring it up when they need to.

8. Scorpio

Scorpios love to keep up their tough outer shell. If you manage to anger a Scorpio, it’s best to sleep with one eye open. Scorpios live for retaliation and are known to plot and deliver revenge. Leaving a Scorpio alone is the best thing to do if you truly care. Hovering around them trying to apologize will only push them away. They will come to you in their own time.

9. Sagittarius

Sagittarians are more self-aware than the other fire signs. While quick to anger, they hide it well. Sagittarians value trust more than anything, and if broken, expect them to unleash their wrath. It's best to give them space to get over their anger when they're upset. Sarcasm is an expression of anger for small issues.

10. Capricorn

Capricorns hold themselves to very high standards. If you fall short of them, they will begin to resent you for it. With a Capricorn, loss of temper is months of pent-up frustrations. When a Capricorn gets upset, you won't know what hit you. Capricorns don’t forgive easily, and it can take a of work to get back on their good side.

11. Aquarius

Aquarians loathe confrontation. They never like to lose their composure, and appear calm at their most mad. When angry, an Aquarius will remove themselves from the situation and go off to be alone. They won't tell you they were angry until months have passed.

12. Pisces

Pisces is the most sensitive of all the zodiac signs. If you do something that upsets them, they’ll see it as a reflection of themselves. They rarely give themselves an opportunity to vent to someone, so their emotions tend to bottle up.
